(1) Grassroots treatment: The closed parts of circuit pipelines, cement repair parts, cement plastered walls, etc. need to be scraped with gypsum powder. Apply latex paint on the board, first apply anti cracking treatment, and then seal with varnish. Attention: The surface of the base layer should be polished flat, cleaned clean, and free from oil stains, dust, or bumps.
(2) Fully apply putty twice: The first layer should be fully applied with a rubber scraper, and the horizontal scraping should be uniform, smooth, dense, and flat, with neat lines, corners, and edges. After the putty is dry, polish and scrape it; Then scrape the surface for a second time, dry it, and polish it flat and clean it thoroughly. Attention: When applying putty, try to scrape it as thin as possible without missing it. Do not stain the door and window frames or other parts. If there is any, it should be cleaned in a timely manner.
(3) Bottom coating: The bottom coating should be applied on a dry, clean, and firm surface, and only needs to be sprayed once. Attention: When spraying, the coating must be uniform and cannot be missed.
(4) Intermediate coating construction: If any unevenness is found before applying the first intermediate coating, putty should be used to level and polish it. Before using the coating, it is necessary to use a portable electric mixing gun to thoroughly mix and evenly mix. If it is too thick, it can be diluted with water appropriately, but the amount of water added each time should be consistent, and the thickness should not be inconsistent. Then pour the paint into the tray and apply the first coat with a paint roller dipped in the material. Note: The rolling coating sequence is generally from top to bottom, from left to right, with uniform thickness.
(5) Emulsion paint surface spraying: Due to differences in base material, drying degree, etc., trial spraying should be conducted on local walls in advance to determine the compatibility between the base layer and the coating, and to determine the appropriate coating amount. Before spraying the latex paint, it is necessary to shake it thoroughly and then open the container to stir it thoroughly. Latex paint should be applied three times, and the spraying sequence should be: from the wall area to the column area, then to the pre surface area, and finally to the door and window areas. The painting rhythm should be consistent and the order should be flexibly controlled to improve spraying efficiency and quality.
(6) Cleaning work: Wait until all construction procedures are completed before proceeding with the cleaning work. Firstly, remove some obstructions, and then remove any splashed materials during construction. This way, the latex paint construction is successfully completed.
